This open-plan apartment is located on groundfloor of the house.

1 double bed . The textilesof the apartment are a unique piece of the last century, a valuable example of weaving of Anogia that still, to a small extent, survives.
1 bathroom, shower with towels and shower gel-shampoo and toilet.
1 small kitchenet with full equipment, custom made antique kitchen furniture and window with view to the hills.

The main entrance of the building is located on the main road (Michalis Skoulas Street) in the picturesque district of ”Perachori”, in Anogia.
A few meters further is located the house of the unforgettable world famous singer Nikos Xylouris and the central square with cafes and taverns.
A large handmade iron door under the stone arch is the main entrance of the main building.
The ground floor and the courtyard were formerly the legendary tavern ”Prasini Folia” that connected its name with the cultural and economic development of Anogia in the 1970s and 1980s mainly culminating in the famous ”Musical Competitions of Anogeia” by Manos Hadjidakis.
All the famous visitors of that time had been customers.
